Our warranty is designed to provide support when an eligible product has a confirmed manufacturing or material defect.

Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise specified on the individual product page, eligible products are covered against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty coverage may include:
• Manufacturing defects
• Material defects
• Structural defects caused during manufacturing

Warranty Period
Unless a different warranty period is stated on the individual product page, eligible products are covered for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Certain products may have different warranty terms.

What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not normally include:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper installation
• Improper use
• Modification or alteration
• Damage caused by drilling, cutting, painting, or other modifications
• Damage caused by misuse
• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Damage caused by improper maintenance

Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us and provide:
• Order number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Photos of the product and packaging when applicable
Our team may request additional information to determine the cause of the issue.

Warranty Resolution
After reviewing the claim, we may provide one of the following solutions depending on the circumstances:
• Replacement product
• Replacement part
• Repair solution
• Refund
• Other appropriate resolution
The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the claim.

Wholesale Warranty
For wholesale and bulk orders, warranty terms may be agreed upon separately depending on the product and order quantity.
